    The Bitterest Pills has been awarded the 2013 PROSE Award in Psychology. The book by Joanna Moncrieff, challenges the accepted account that portrays antipsychotics as specific treatments that target an underlying brain disease as antipsychotic drugs have become some of the biggest blockbusters of the early 21st century and increasingly prescribed. Nicola is responsible for publishing research books across all sub-disciplines of psychology and mental health.
